What we collect, and when
When you place an order
To deliver an order we need, and ask you for:
- your name;
- your delivery and billing address;
- your mobile number;
- your email address;
- the products you ordered, the amount payable, and any note you add to the order.
We do not collect or store card or bank details. Every order on this site is cash on delivery — you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Nothing is charged online, so there is no card number, no CVV and no bank account for us to hold.
When you have an account
You do not need an account to order — most customers check out as guests. If you do have an account, we store your username, email address, saved billing and delivery addresses, and your order history so that you can see it under My account.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the contact form, we keep that correspondence and the contact details you used, so we can answer you and refer back to it if you contact us again about the same order.
When you leave a review or use the wishlist
If you review a product, we store the review, your name as you gave it, and the email address associated with the order. If you agreed at checkout to receive a review invitation, we will email you once after delivery to ask for one; you can decline that at checkout or ask us to stop at any time. If you use the wishlist, the products you save are stored against your browser or, if you are signed in, your account.
Automatically, when you browse
Like most websites, ours records your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, the pages you visit and the site you arrived from. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies below.
Why we use your information
- To fulfil your order — to pick and pack it, to give the courier a delivery address and a number to call, and to take payment on delivery.
- To keep you informed — to send order confirmations and to share tracking details with you on WhatsApp.
- To handle returns, refunds and complaints — we need your order history to process a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.
- To answer your questions — by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- To keep records — we retain sales records as any business does.
- To improve the site and our advertising — using the analytics and advertising services named below.
- To protect the site — to detect spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for three things:

Who we share your information with

- Our courier — your name, delivery address and mobile number, so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment.
- Our web host — the site and its database are hosted by Hostinger, so your data sits on their servers.
- Google, Meta and TikTok — as described above.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with — for example under a valid order from a court or regulator.
Media and embedded content
If you upload an image to the site, avoid uploading images with location data (EXIF GPS) included, as other visitors can extract it.
Pages on this site may include embedded content — a video, a map or a social media post. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website: it can collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with it.
Health information
We sell health supplements, so the products you buy can suggest something about your health or your interests. We treat that as sensitive. - Orders and delivery details — kept while they are needed for returns, refunds and our own accounting records.
- Account information — kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Reviews — kept indefinitely so that they stay visible, unless you ask us to remove yours.
- Messages to us — kept while they may still be relevant to your order or a complaint.
- Analytics data — kept by Google, Meta and TikTok under their own retention periods.
Your rights over your information
Whatever your location, we will honour a request from you to:
- see the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, other than records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons;
- stop receiving review invitations or any other message from us.

Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Products bought for a child should be ordered by a parent or guardian, and you should speak to a doctor before giving any supplement to a child. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold — and because all orders are cash on delivery, there is no payment card data on this site to lose.
